Delete your Jyotishi Vani account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. It takes a few seconds in the app.
In the app
- Open Jyotishi Vani and go to the Me tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete everything.
Your account is deleted at once.
If you can't use the app
Email [email protected] from any address with the subject “Delete my Jyotishi Vani account” and the mobile number you sign in with. Before deleting anything we check that the request comes from the account's owner, then we delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account and settings.
- Your birth details and every earlier version of them, and your calculated chart.
- Everyone you saved, such as a partner for kundli matching, with their birth details.
- All your conversations with Vani.
Nothing is kept afterwards except limited technical records that contain no birth details, names or messages, such as request counts for rate limits, which expire on their own. Database backups that still hold your account are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, within 7 days.
